The project was an especially daunting challenge since both the Regus Project Management team and their architect are located outside the DC region.  In addition, the office space continued to generate an ongoing revenue stream for The Regus Group even while construction was underway.  Considering these factors, this project was poised to be a true test for the Rollins-PCI Construction commercial interior construction team.

With the same professionalism and commitment to quality Rollins-PCI Construction on which its reputation with other blue-chip clients has been well earned, Rollins-PCI Construction proved equal to the challenge with The Regus Group.  As with many projects, Rollins-PCI Construction had to take into account time constraints placed on the client due to property owner allowances and an off-hours construction schedule had to be factored into the equation.  Most importantly, as previously mentioned, the work had to be completed while the space was occupied at 100% capacity with Regus Group clients.  Rollins-PCI Construction delivered the project as promised and received rave reviews from not just the client but also the team of architects employed by The Regus Group.
