Project Manager: Project Managers (PM’s) at Rollins-PCI Construction are the key operating managers in the company. Reporting directly to a senior executive, the successful PM will manage the production of several million dollars worth of commercial construction projects at any given time. All Rollins-PCI Construction Superintendents and Field personnel as well as the representatives of numerous subcontractors on each project report directly to a skilled Project Manager. In addition to having total oversight responsibility for several major projects, PM’s are the key link between Rollins-PCI Construction and our stable of blue chip clients. Highly skilled PM’s – especially those with solid personal relationships with their clients – are always in demand at Rollins-PCI Construction. Superintendent: A Rollins-PCI Construction Superintendent is the most visible company representative to our customers and subcontractors, because a Superintendent drives our entire production process. Generally speaking, our Superintendents direct and coordinate all in-house and subcontractor efforts at their jobsites. Whether a Project Superintendent assigned to a base building project or a Field Superintendent assigned to a corporate office interior project, the main responsibilities of our Superintendents include making sure their job is on schedule, materials are delivered to the site on time, activities of various workers do not interfere with each other, and above all, ensuring that quality control standards are met and adhered to. Assistant Project Manager: A Rollins-PCI Construction Assistant Project Manager will work alongside the Project Managers and Executives in overseeing the completion of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. In preparation for a career path as a construction executive, the successful candidate will be mentored by members of the Rollins-PCI Construction Project Management team in all aspects of commercial contracting, including how to read architectural drawings, estimate projects, prepare client bid submissions, and oversee and manage employees and subcontractors across all building trades to name only a few responsibilities.
