Rollins-PCI Construction recently entered the Tampa Bay market and took on their first major project with the high profile client, BB&T. Project Manager Jeff Saul and Superintendent Bob Hemingway successfully completed this renovation ahead of schedule. BB&T made a point to compliment the project team on the quality of their work and the performance of the team, further enhancing the reputation of Rollins-PCI Construction. Tina Gruber, Assistant Vice President of BB&T, praised Jeff and the team, noting, “…excellent customer service and professionalism, and the quality of the work completed were exceptional.”

The Palm Harbor BB&T branch, located in the active corridor of Pinellas County, is a prime location for the bank and needed substantial interior work to bring it back to BB&T’s standard of high quality. From a construction standpoint, the branch needed a facelift. The Rollins-PCI Construction team partnered with several strong sub-contractors to replace many of the interior finishes including carpet, tile, glass partitions and refinishing wood doors. Specifically, an interior partition was removed to make way for the glass wall in the front office, which created additional space and a more open floor plan. To give BB&T’s employees more room to conduct their daily tasks, the rear teller workspace was expanded and new counter tops were added. The renovation established an entirely fresh and welcoming feel for BB&T’s customers and employees alike.

By working during off-hours, the Rollins-PCI Construction team was able to complete this renovation early and with excellence. The job exceeded the high standards set by BB&T, which is a strong testament to the hard work and dedication of the Rollins-PCI Construction Florida team.
