With warehouse ceilings almost 26 feet tall and an unusually tight timeframe for completion, the Codan project was not your typical office tenant build-out. Fortunately, Rollins-PCI Construction is not your typical commercial general contractor.

Utilizing scissor lifts and complex scaffolding techniques and tapping into their sizable in-house staff of carpenters, framers and finishers, Rollins-PCI Construction was able to complete the Codan project on-time and, most importantly, on budget for our client.
