A detailed and intricate design requiring high-end, premium finishes - just the type of project where Rollins-PCI Construction excels! This best characterizes the office build-out required for Univision’s new Washington, D.C. headquarters.

The wall/partition design (drywall package) consisted of many radius partitions (curved, almost serpentine-type walls) as well as intricate drywall light pockets and drywall light coves or recesses. The intricacy of the design and finishes were not limited solely to the wall partitions as the ceilings were also extremely ornate. This was especially true in the main conference room where Rollins-PCI constructed a drywall soffit around the perimeter of the room that showcased a floating metal ceiling inset.

The Univision project also underscored Rollins-PCI Construction’s flexibility in meeting their client’s unique scheduling and time constraints as a significant amount of the work was completed outside of normal business hours in a very congested working environment.
