North Bethesda, MD
When M&T Bank announced plans to ramp up its branch count in Montgomery County, they turned to Rollins-PCI Construction as a valued partner to achieve that objective. The four projects each consisted of distinctly different scopes of work that challenged the capable, best-in-class Project Management team of Rollins-PCI Construction. The results re-emphasized the fact that Rollins-PCI Construction is the general contractor of choice by blue chip clients like M&T Bank.
The four recently completed projects included a major renovation of a branch on Georgia Avenue, two new branch fit-outs in Gaithersburg and a new ground-up two-story building in N. Bethesda.
The crown jewel of these projects is the recently completed M&T Bank & Office Building located at 5910 Executive Boulevard in N. Bethesda, Maryland. In the late summer of 2008, M&T Bank partnered with Rollins-PCI Construction and Architect, Steven J. Karr, to build a new 4,600 square foot banking hall and office building. By December, the once vacant site had been transformed into a striking two-story M&T Bank and Office Building. Distinctive exterior features include gleaming windows that span almost the full height of the beautiful brick exterior as well as round accent lights at the corners of the building which create a unique visual effect. In keeping with the stature of M&T bank, the finished building produced a development that will enhance the North Bethesda landscape for years to come.
